Journey Workshops are group experiences intended to support you, in community, on your Journey of Life. I offer both live, in-person workshops, and teleclasses.
Join Sarah and other participants on the phone, over several weeks, to follow the letter-writing journey. Whether you are interested in this process for the “product” of a finished letter or the “process” of exploring your past and present with extreme honesty and courageous compassion, this 6 week course will launch you in developing a writing practice that supports your letter-writing goals. Basic writing tools, self-awareness questions, and guidance on the process will be provided. Commit to Coming Clean! Join Sarah for 6 90 minute calls. E-mail support and resources provided. Call dates are April 13, 27, May 4, 11, 18, and 25th from 7-8:30 Eastern. Register by April 5th. Cost $150.
Join Sarah at the Joy Center in Ishpeming, MI for 2 days of immersing yourself in the letter-writing journey. April 10 from 10-6 and April 11 from 11-5 will be spent walking through the various steps Sarah created on her letter-writing journey last year. You will leave with a sense of the overall process and an experience of following this path with one letter. No previous writing experience necessary. Register by April 2nd. Cost $100.
June 2, 9, and 23 from 7-9 at the Joy Center in Ishpeming, MI. Join Sarah for a guided tour through the letter-writing process. Classes will include brief exercises. No previous writing experience needed. Writing assignments in between classes will be necessary to complete a letter by the end of the process. Cost $50 includes resources.
This is a 3 month teleclass for $100. Enrollment accepted for December 28, 2009 to March 22, 2010. Class will consist of a 60-90 minute conference call every other Monday at Noon Eastern Time. Calls will be recorded. Confidentiality is expected. Permission to use anonymous information for future publication will be requested. Limited to 6-8 participants.
Wisdom from the Journey are evenings of me sharing what I am learning on my exploration of the metaphor "Life As a Journey" and in the teleclasses. They take place at the Joy Center.

Join Sarah at the Joy Center in Ishpeming, MI for the release of her first book, Coming Clean: My Letter-Writing Journey. She will have books available for purchase $21.20 with tax. She will sign and read from her book. She will also share her story gem and have information available about her letter-writing process workshops. The evening will include a drawing for a complimentary workshop and a special gift for those attending.
